- Extraction Vessel: Removable design. Available volumes: 100, 200, 300, 500, 1000 ml. Machined from 316 stainless steel, equipped with electric heating system (adjustable temperature). Max. working pressure 40 MPa. Larger volumes available on request.
- Separation Vessel: Volume 100‑500 ml. Machined from 316 stainless steel, equipped with electric heating system (adjustable temperature). Max. working pressure 20 MPa. Additional separation vessels can be added.
- Separation Vessel Window: Sapphire window for monitoring extract collection progress.
- CO₂ High‑Pressure Pump: Flow rate 0‑100 ml/min, max. working pressure 40 MPa. Features front‑end cooling tank and built‑in compressor cooling – no separate water bath required. Includes CO₂ recovery inlet. Constant flow or constant pressure mode selectable. Software‑controlled automatic flow and pressure regulation with settable pressure upper limit.
- Co‑Solvent Pump: Flow rate 10‑100 ml/min, max. working pressure 40 MPa. Optional.
- Gas Circuit Control System: Automatically controlled stop valve + fine adjustment valve + back pressure valve for precise pressure and gas flow regulation.
- Safety System: Automatic pressure relief – releases excess pressure automatically to keep operation within safe limits.
- Heating System: Electric heating temperature control. Range: room temperature to 200°C. Accuracy: ±1°C.
- Pressure Control: Each high‑pressure vessel is equipped with an independent pressure sensor for easy monitoring and adjustment of pressure changes. Features automatic pump stop and alarm upon overpressure.
- CO₂ Recovery System: CO₂ recovery pump + gas purification unit for CO₂ recycling. Optional.
