Eight Core Features
1. Intelligent Control
Equipped with a 7‑inch touchscreen and software control – simple and easy to operate.
2. Compressor Cooling Technology
Built‑in compressor cooling. Temperature range: -10°C to room temperature. Accuracy: ±1°C. No CO₂ consumption for cooling.
3. Real‑Time Data Monitoring
Displays flow rate vs. time chart. Real‑time viewing of flow rate, pressure, cumulative volume, and other parameters.
4. Selectable Pressurization Modes
Two pressurization modes available: constant flow delivery or constant pressure delivery – choose as needed.
5. Optional CO₂ Reservoir Volume
The CO₂ reservoir inside the pump is independently designed. Optional front‑end tank volumes from 3L to 30L.
6. Safety Guaranteed
Software features an adjustable pressure upper limit – pump stops automatically when the set pressure is reached. The extraction and separation vessels are also equipped with automatic pressure relief valves that open when the pressure exceeds the limit.
7. CO₂ Recycle Capability
The pump is equipped with a CO₂ recovery port. Gas from the extraction and separation vessels can be returned to the pump, enabling CO₂ recycling and repressurization.
8. Small Footprint
Sturdy, corrosion‑resistant housing with lockable casters. Total footprint less than one square meter.
