1. Multiple Drying Vessel Combinations Available
Extraction vessels up to 30L can be combined in parallel, supporting expansion with 1, 2, 4, 8, or 16 vessels.
2. Fully Automatic Software Control
Proprietary PLC control system with 15‑inch touchscreen operation. Pressure, temperature, and flow rate are all automatically controlled.
3. Rational Design
Integrated design, modular assembly, pre‑commissioned before delivery. On‑site assembly completed within one day – reliable lead time, low capital investment.
4. High‑Precision Filter
High‑pressure filter with 0.5 µm filtration accuracy. Two‑stage filter design protects valves and reduces failure rate.
5. Excellent Corrosion Resistance
Valves and piping are made of 316L stainless steel, pressure rating >50 MPa – good corrosion resistance and long service life.
6. Modular Valve Design
Motorized high‑pressure stop valve + motorized back pressure valve – fully automatic operation with high precision.
7. High‑Pressure Delivery System
Includes CO₂ high‑pressure delivery pump and co‑solvent pump:
- CO₂ pump: Pressure 0‑40 MPa, flow rate 0‑100 L/h
- Co‑solvent pump: Pressure 0‑40 MPa, flow rate 0‑100 ml/min
8. Safety Guaranteed
System design pressure: 25 MPa. Operating pressure: 10 MPa. Multiple protection functions including automatic pressure relief upon overpressure and software‑controlled automatic shutdown.
