1. Fully Automatic Software Control
Proprietary PLC control system with 10‑inch touchscreen operation. Pressure, temperature, and flow rate are all automatically controlled.
2. High‑Pressure Chromatography Columns Available
Standard column sizes: 5, 10, 20, 30, 50 ml. Larger sizes available on request.
3. Precise Flow Control
Equipped with a high‑precision delivery pump (flow rate accuracy ±0.01 ml/min) combined with a high‑accuracy mass flow controller (control accuracy ±1.0% F.S.).
4. High‑Precision Filter
High‑pressure filter with 0.5 µm filtration accuracy. Two‑stage filter design protects valves and reduces failure rate.
5. Excellent Corrosion Resistance
Valves and piping are made of 316L stainless steel, pressure rating >20 MPa – good corrosion resistance and long service life.
6. Modular Valve Design
Combination of high‑pressure stop valve and high‑pressure fine adjustment valve avoids the high failure rate caused by using only a fine adjustment valve.
7. High‑Pressure Delivery System
Includes CO₂ high‑pressure delivery pump and co‑solvent pump. Operating pressure: 0‑40 MPa. Flow rate: 0‑100 ml/min.
8. Safety Guaranteed
System design pressure: 20 MPa. Operating pressure: 0‑15 MPa. Multiple protection functions including automatic pressure relief upon overpressure and software‑controlled automatic shutdown.
