Eight Core Features
1. Multiple Sample Pool Options
Standard extractor vessel volumes: 100, 300, 500, 1000 ml. Custom sizes available. Separator vessel volume matches extractor configuration.
2. One‑Piece Stainless Steel High‑Pressure Vessels
All vessels are machined from 316 stainless steel, equipped with electric heating system and dedicated sample cartridge. Max. working pressure: extractor vessel – 69 MPa; separator vessels – 30 MPa. Additional vessels can be added.
3. Observation Window for Extract
Separator vessel is fitted with a sapphire window to monitor extract collection progress.
4. Booster Pump & Injection Pump
- CO₂ high‑pressure pump: Flow rate 0‑10 ml/min or 0‑100 ml/min, max. 69 MPa, with pump head cooling and CO₂ recovery inlet. Constant flow / constant pressure modes selectable. Software-controlled automatic flow & pressure regulation.
- High‑pressure co‑solvent pump: 10 ml/min, max. 40 MPa.
5. Low Energy Consumption & Small Footprint
Built-in circulation system reduces gas loss, allowing multiple runs. Compact footprint and simple operation – ideal for laboratory users.
6. Modular Valve Design
Gas circuit control uses stop valve + fine adjustment valve + back pressure valve for precise pressure and flow rate regulation.
7. High‑Precision High‑Pressure Filter
Filtration accuracy 0.5 µm, two‑stage filter design protects valves and reduces failure rate.
8. Safety System
Automatic pressure relief system – releases excess pressure automatically to keep operation within safe limits.
