Eight Core Features
1. Multiple Sample Chamber Options
Standard sample chamber sizes: 30, 100, 150, 300, 500 ml. Larger sizes available on request.
2. Compressor Cooling Technology
Built-in compressor cooling. Temperature range: -10°C to room temperature. Accuracy: ±1°C. No CO₂ consumption for cooling.
3. Fully Automatic Touchscreen Operation
Equipped with a high‑sensitivity touchscreen that displays real‑time experimental data and can store multiple experimental parameters. Simply select the parameters to start the experiment – no manual attendance required.
4. High‑Precision Filter
High‑pressure filter with 0.5 µm filtration accuracy. Two‑stage filter design protects valves and reduces failure rate.
5. Excellent Corrosion Resistance
Valves and piping are made of 316L stainless steel, pressure rating >20 MPa – good corrosion resistance and long service life.
6. Modular Valve Design
Combination of high‑pressure stop valve and high‑pressure fine adjustment valve avoids the high failure rate caused by using only a fine adjustment valve.
7. High‑Pressure Sample Chamber
Machined from 316L stainless steel, featuring a sapphire window and illumination, allowing users to observe sample changes during drying at any time.
8. Safety Guaranteed
Sample chamber design pressure: 20 MPa. Operating pressure: 0‑10 MPa. Dual protection from programmed control and built‑in safety valve.
