Eight Core Features
1. Multiple Sample Chamber Options
Standard sample chamber sizes: 3L – 29.9L. Larger sizes available on request. Machined from 316L stainless steel, featuring a sapphire window and illumination for real‑time observation of sample changes during drying.
2. CO₂ High‑Pressure Delivery Pump
Equipped with a CO₂ high‑pressure delivery pump, built‑in high‑pressure refrigerated storage tank – no water chiller required. Pump head cooling included. Variable frequency motor for adjustable flow rate, with automatic shutoff upon overpressure.
3. Precision Gas Circuit & Valve Design
Combination of high‑pressure back pressure valve and fine adjustment valve, with software‑controlled automatic pressure and gas flow regulation. Exhaust flow range: 10ml – 20L/min.
4. High‑Precision Filter
High‑pressure filter with 0.5 µm filtration accuracy. Two‑stage filter design protects valves and reduces failure rate.
5. Excellent Corrosion Resistance
Valves and piping are made of 316L stainless steel, pressure rating >20 MPa – good corrosion resistance and long service life.
6. CO₂ Circulation System
The CO₂ circulation system consists of high‑pressure resistant piping and a two‑stage filtration unit, enabling CO₂ recycling – energy‑saving and environmentally friendly.
7. High‑Pressure Sample Chamber
Machined from 316L stainless steel, featuring a sapphire window and illumination for convenient real‑time observation of sample changes during drying.
8. Safety Guaranteed
Sample chamber design pressure: 20 MPa. Operating pressure: 0-10 MPa. Equipped with automatic pressure relief valve.
